Day 2: AQUA MINA Continues Its Technology Transfer Journey, Accompanying Local Farmers in Khanh Hoa

The training program with the theme: “Above-ground Lined Circular Tanks (Mobile Round Tanks) – A Breakthrough Application in Aquaculture”

Is co-organized by AQUA MINA, the Khanh Hoa Provincial Department of Science and Technology, and the Center for Information and Application of Science and Technology, aiming to share highly practical knowledge and solutions tailored to the production needs of farmers.

1. Building on the Connections from the First Day

The first day of the program witnessed enthusiastic participation from local farmers, local authorities, and guests. Beyond being a training session, the program created a space for exchanging experiences, sharing practical issues in the farming process, and jointly finding solutions better suited to actual production conditions. Through direct questions and discussions at the event, AQUA MINA gained a deeper understanding of the needs and challenges that farmers are facing. And that journey continues on August 13, 2026.

Day 2 – Two Destinations, Continuing to Spread Solutions On the second day, the program will continue to be implemented at two locations in Khanh Hoa province:

1. 08:00 – People's Committee of Dai Lanh Commune

2. 14:00 – People's Committee of Van Hung Commune

Here, farmers will continue to gain access to topics revolving around the above-ground lined circular tank (mobile round tank) model, from its characteristics and application capabilities to its practical values in aquaculture. AQUA MINA's goal is not merely to introduce a model or a product, but more importantly, to share approaches and solutions so that farmers have a better basis for choosing a farming model that suits their practical conditions.

2. From Knowledge to Practical Application

In a context where the aquaculture industry is increasingly focusing on optimizing farm area, controlling the aquatic environment, improving management efficiency, and minimizing production risks, flexible farming models like above-ground lined circular tanks are receiving significant attention. Through this training series, AQUA MINA hopes to contribute to bringing technical knowledge and solutions closer to farmers, while creating a two-way exchange space among the solution provider, specialized agencies, local authorities, and the farming community. Because according to AQUA MINA, a solution is only truly valuable when it aligns with reality and can be effectively applied to individual farming models.

 

3. Continuing the Journey of Accompanying Farmers

The first two interactive sessions in Xuan Hai and Cam Lam served as the initial connections in this ongoing journey. The second day continues to be an opportunity for AQUA MINA to meet, listen to, and share with farmers in Dai Lanh and Van Hung. This is also part of AQUA MINA's core orientation: constantly connecting, sharing knowledge, and bringing suitable technical solutions closer to the aquaculture community. The journey in Khanh Hoa is still ongoing.
