Guide for Preparing the Ground and Installing Mobile Round Tanks

• - The ground can be soil, sand, etc. Simply make it flat, clean up sharp objects such as stones, tree roots, broken bricks, shells, snails, etc. to avoid puncturing/tearing the HDPE liner.
• - Ensure the ground is not inclined or subsided.
• - Make the ground wider than the pond diameter by 0.5 meters for easier operation during installation.
• - Make the ground flat, clean up sharp objects to avoid puncturing the HDPE liner.

• - Dig trenches for placing PVC pipes from the center to the outer radius of the pond.
• - The depth of the trench is from 30 - 55 cm, depending on the size of the double flange.
• - The width of the trench is from 20 - 40 cm, depending on the size of the double flange.

Dig trenches for placing PVC drainage pipes.

NOTE: The top surface of the pipe connector must be lower than the ground surface by about 20 cm.

• - Use a string equal to the radius of the pond, fix one end.
• - Use the other end to draw a circle (you can also use stakes to fix the drawn position).

Step 4: Assemble the steel frame

• - Place all materials into the marked ground.
• - Assemble the frame according to the drawn pond diameter and reinforce it with green ropes.
• - Thread the wire into the upper and vertical parts of the steel mesh joints. The wire helps reduce friction of the welded steel mesh on the HDPE liner, protecting the liner from punctures during use.

Assemble the welded steel mesh according to the drawn circle and thread the wire to prevent puncturing the liner.
