Shipping and Delivery Policy

Two delivery methods for our customers:

- Direct purchase from the company.

- Shipment of goods.

- Estimated Delivery Time:

Estimated delivery time:

- Upon receiving order information, we will process the order within 24 hours and provide payment and delivery details to the customer. 

- The delivery time varies depending on the type of order:

 + Commercial orders: 1-2 days after placing the order.

 + Manufactured/processed goods: 3 – 10 days or depending on the specific order.

- However, in certain force majeure situations, delivery may take longer, such as:

+ Our staff being unable to contact customers via phone, resulting in delivery issues.

 + Sudden increases in orders causing processing delays.

 + Delays caused by the delivery partner.

- Shipping Fees: We utilize shipping services like Economical Delivery / Viettel Post, and the shipping fee is calculated based on the charges of the shipping units, considering the location and volume of the order. Specific fees will be communicated to the customer upon order confirmation.

Goods Packaging Information:

- All orders are carefully packaged with the following information:

- Recipient Information: Including recipient's name, phone number, and address.

- Order's bill of lading number.

- Aqua Mina includes a valid Sales Order of the product in the parcel to ensure the goods' safety.

Upon request, a financial invoice or delivery note will be issued.

Liability for Damaged Goods in Transit:

If goods are damaged during transportation, whether shipped by us or a third party, we take full responsibility for resolving the issue for the customer. Customers have the right to refuse delivery and request a return according to our return and refund policy. In case of any problems, we collaborate with the shipping partner to provide compensation based on our cooperation agreement with the third-party shipping service provider.
