1. Payment Methods:

- Delivery times:

  • Within Ho Chi Minh City: 1 to 2 days

  • Other Provinces: 3 to 5 days

  • Mobile Tanks: 5 to 10 days, depending on the specific order.

3. Warranty Policy:

- For products with minor technical defects that can be fixed immediately, aquamina will guide customers through remote handling.

In the case of technically defective products, our technicians will be dispatched to the location for assistance.

- The exchange/refund policy only applies to Flex tape HDPE liner; other products are not eligible for this policy.

4. Personal Information Protection Policy:

- We adhere to the privacy policy of personal information received, as specified in Articles 68 to 73 of Section 1 (Protection of Personal Information in E-commerce) in Decree 52/2013/ND-CP.
