The Personal Data Protection Policy is based on Articles 68 - 73, Section 1 of Personal Data Protection in E-commerce (chapter V) as stipulated in Decree 52/2013/ND-CP. All personal information is stored in the server system of DMV International Company and regularly backed up, including data used on the website and personal information of customers.
Detailed customer information, such as full name, age, address, phone number, and email, is stored to ensure the rights of customers when using online services. The system allows customers to update their personal information when necessary.
Under no circumstances will all personal information of customers be provided to any third party without the consent of the owners. Advertising services will not be sent to the subject of the information if they decline to receive advertisements.
Immediate handling and resolution of incidents caused by hackers or unauthorized intrusions, arising from user access environments, internet transmission errors, and illegal spyware. Measures are in place to restore data in case of attacks, deletion, or alteration of information by hackers.
Specific information, such as email and hotline numbers, will be provided when consumers have complaints related to the misuse or scope of personal information.
In case of any risk of data loss for consumers due to a system information breach, the company will notify the relevant authorities within 24 hours of detecting the incident.
