JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Requirements:
Male/Female, aged from 25 to 35.
Graduated from colleges in the fields of economics, aquaculture, agriculture, etc.
Proficient in reading and writing emails in English.
Strong computer skills, especially office software.
At least 2 years of experience in sales or customer service.
Hardworking, able to work under pressure, and good at teamwork.
Knowledge of Spanish or Japanese is an advantage.
2. Benefits:
Basic salary: Negotiable, depending on the candidate’s capabilities
Lunch allowance: 780,000 VND/month.
Laptop allowance: 300,000 VND/month (if using a personal laptop).
Phone allowance: 100% based on actual usage, company-provided phone.
Annual salary increment, or every 6 months for exceptional performance.
KPI bonus: 1,000,000 VND/month.
International business trip allowance: 200,000 VND/day. The company covers all travel expenses.
Sales bonus based on actual revenue.
Opportunities to attend exhibitions and conduct business trips abroad according to the company’s policy.
Labor contract, 12 days of leave/year, annual company trip, bonuses for International Women’s Day (March 8), holidays, Lunar New Year, Children’s Day (June 1), 13th-month salary, and all other standard benefits.
3. Job Description:
Send quotations via email to customers in English using the company's templates upon request.
Post updates and respond to messages on Facebook, WhatsApp, etc., assigned for management. Use the company's provided image editing tools.
Send emails to check in and offer products to assigned existing customers.
Update customer information in the company's CRM software.
Perform other customer search and care tasks as assigned by the company.
Participate in domestic and international industry fairs and seminars according to the company's policy.
